Once disassembly is complete on a vehicle, we prefer to sandblast the entire thing. By looking at the bare metal, we can determine if there are any underlying problems. Here, we and the client can decide if new pieces need to be purchased or if we can work with what is on the car. Ultimately, by starting with the bare bones of the vehicle, we have the freedom to make it perfect in house prior to it going into our paint booth.
By having multiple paint and body guys in the shop and a paint booth onsite, we are well equipped handle all exterior body work needs. A color sample is always sprayed out prior to painting to make sure the color is exactly right. We make sure all gaps are set and the primer is laid correctly before it heads into the booth. Color sanding, buffing and polishing guarantees a glassy finish before heading out our doors.
Both service work and final assembly are completed in our main shop. Everything from determining custom measurements to installing components from a supercharger to a windshield gasket. We have no choice but to have an acute attention for details as the car gets finished up.
